01 / Serious Personal Injury

A serious injury is more
than a medical bill.

Lost income. Future care. Permanent limitations. The things you can no longer do the way you once did. A strong injury case should account for all of it.

02 / Your Counsel

Your lawyer should
know your case.

I do not believe clients should have to wonder what is happening with their own case.

My job is to understand the facts, identify the pressure points, and give you a straight answer about where you stand. Sometimes that means negotiating. Sometimes it means litigating. Sometimes it means telling you something you may not want to hear.

“You should always understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what comes next.”

03 / Representative Experience

Experience where
the details matter.

More than two decades of legal practice, with civil and criminal representation in trial and appellate proceedings throughout Georgia.

Civil Litigation

Serious injury claims · Commercial collisions · Premises liability · Uninsured and underinsured motorist matters

Criminal Representation

DUI · Felony and misdemeanor defense · Serious traffic matters · Probation issues

Trial & Appellate Perspective

Experience preparing cases for court and addressing the legal questions that can shape an appeal.

Every matter depends on its own facts, evidence, and law. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

04 / Criminal Defense

When the government is
building a case against you.

The defense begins by examining how the case was built. Darryl’s experience as a former City of Atlanta prosecutor informs a careful review of the stop, investigation, evidence, and accusation.

Before we meet

What to expect
from your consultation.

Start with a brief description of your matter and any approaching deadlines. After an initial conflict check, the firm will confirm the consultation format, appointment length, and any consultation fee before you book.

A conversation about your next steps

The consultation is an opportunity to discuss what happened, identify important legal issues, and consider possible next steps. Bring relevant documents and a list of questions. Any assessment depends on the information available; no outcome is guaranteed.

Representation is a separate agreement

If the firm accepts your matter, the scope of representation, attorney’s fees, and expenses will be explained in a written engagement agreement. An inquiry or consultation alone does not mean the firm has agreed to represent you.

How are personal injury fees handled?

Personal injury representation uses a contingency fee, with case costs addressed separately in the engagement agreement. A $250 administrative fee covers file opening and initial administrative services. It becomes nonrefundable once those services are completed and the fee is earned.

This administrative fee is separate from any consultation fee. The firm will explain the applicable fees before you proceed.

Provide only basic contact and conflict-check information through the website. For an approaching court date or other urgent deadline, call (888) 480-0566 and identify the deadline.
